Well in this case since your using those tools you need qrad. Your only using qcsg and qbsp2 - qvis isn't compulsory, but you should use it for your final map compile. For test compiles you should be running qcsg, then qrad then qbsp2.

how should i compile with those tools?
in my options , building programs i have all this tools you said qbsp2, qrad, qcsg...
