After figuring out that it was in the formatex statements that it when crazy, I determined that the ML tags i had required a level identifier in their declaration. For whatever reason it stops the execution of following code, rather than throwing an error and moving on.

Either way....this is solved with this...

formatex(pus, charsmax(pus), "%L: %L", id, "PU_STD", level, id, "PU_DAMAGE")
