Just mnake a timer of like 0.1 or something, and check through all the people, either they are a spy or an engineer, depending on the class make them see a glow sprite that you can see, and place it on the spy's.

Edit:
for the love of god. If you give me a sprite name i will do it for you.
and the sprite path. i dont know all the sprites that are availible in tf2.

Can't you just take the condition for invisibility for spies and set a glow effect? Shouldn't be that hard but I dunno. lol

Read the OP, and the 3rd post, he wants only admins and engineers to see spies. Id you set a glow, than it will be seen by all.
and if you remove the invisbility then everyone would see them..
