One question on it though, do you think it would be possible to have the scaling specific to each hat, like there is with the current setup of positions?

At the moment when changing the size of some of the models, it is causing others to stretch in odd places, for instance, tank costume, its legs extend into the air but the rest of the body remains the same.

If we could amend the scale for a specific hat, that would be the icing on the cake. For now though, i'll remove tank :p
Yeah the command affects all players. Use the sm_hatload command to set all players to your hat and then set the size. It affects all so you can see how it looks but maybe I should just make it affect yourself.

Within the data folder hats.cfg you can set a "size" key with the value you want the hat. "1.0" is the default hat size, "2.0" would be twice as big, "0.5" half the size. I forgot to mention this in the first post.

Edit: Updated with info on how to set the size. You do not need to manually edit the hats config, just set the size and use the sm_hatsave command. That will set the size on the hat you are wearing. If there are problems I'll look into it since I tested it a while back.
