And to answer the orginal question and closing this thread, antrax. kac 1.2.2.4 isn't real, it does not exist which is why you cant find a download link. someone
just changed the version number.

The KAC that the original poster is after is a closed-source version on a sketchy site. The author continues to increment the version from Kigen's last release. So technically it's still in development!
