The problem: Round-time in CS is always gowing, so rounds pass one-by-other And mo matter is there someone on the server or not. That's why statistic have records, that "Target saved" or "Hostages not rescued". And victory goes to T or CT 10 times for round. And PsychoStats shows unreal statistic for played maps.
It would be great if somewhere is a plugin which stop's the round time or set the mp_roundtime variable to 120 minutes. If some players entered when "Game Commencing" happens (two commands have players), mp_round time should be set to original value.
