I run 3 server.

zombie escape
gungame
deathrun

I set tickrate 66 ze,gg and deathrun is 100
I know If I set tickrate 100, Player is nice bunny hop better then 66.
But I don't know 33 and 66. What's difference?
I can't understand in wiki.
( sv 33per/s , 66per/s, 100per/s, blablabla)
Plz help me about understand this.

Higher the tickrate, the better the accuracy and the client receives more ticks or updates per-second from the server. If the tickrate was lower then people would have problems shooting each other. If you set your server to 100 ticks then some clients will lose ticks due to them losing updates as their internet connection can't receive them all, etc, etc.

Servers with player slots over 20 may not run smoothly with the tickrate setting of 100, especially if they are pingboosted also. You do not get true 100 tickrate without pingboosting. You'll need to set higher tickrate in order to get smooth game play. Standard since ob-update is still 66 (i think).
But u still need to run tests for ur server for tickrate 100 and in most of cases it isn't smoother. By changing the tickrate u need also to update other settings like updaterate and cmdrate (depending settings).
