does anyone have a stripper global.cfg that replaces all pills with adrenaline?

this didn't work then? i'm suprised because it should, unless stripper is malfunctioning?

That didnt work but this did. Apparently the pills in the saferoom are called med kits according to stripper dumps.

perhaps weapon_pain_pills_spawn are all the pills outside of safe room?

No. i found no instance of weapon_pain_pills_spawn in the stripper dump. They must be called something else.

I can also see that srsmod is using weapon_pain_pills_spawn to check for pills in maps.

from srs config file :

it might just be possible that stripper can't find this spawn point. it defenetly exists

that is not correct. weapon_first_aid_kit_spawn will always be medkits, not pills

weapon_first_aid_kit_spawn = pills in the saferoom

Remember.... my server is NOT vanilla l4d2. It is mutation19.
