Any change to a client bind without their permission is slowhacking. Setting something to the +use command is not, because it is then up to the client what button they want to set for their use. For example, I use the enter key. I don't know how much clearer to make this.

What you don't understand is that changing the key will not fix the conflicts with planting, lasermines, parachutes, or any other plugin that uses +use action for something.
In order to fix these conflicts, those plugins would need to have their own command besides hooking +use so that they can all be bound to separate keys.
Otherwise, binding "p" to +use will be the same problem as your "e" key.

I never said that. I said that those plugins detect +use which is default to "e" key.
The players can change the "+use" to be bound to whatever key they want and the plugin won't care what key the player uses.
