Hello people I need a plugin to the Council; cl_updaterate, cl_cmdrate up automatically.
Rates 25000 cl_updaterate 101, cl_cmdrate 101

rates are client side options and cannot be forced with out slowhacking. there should be some plugins that give the client the option to change their rates when they enter or be kicked, so try to search.

You can already force "rate" and "cl_updaterate" in server.cfg:

sv_minrate 15000
sv_maxrate 20000
sv_minupdaterate 60
sv_maxupdaterate 70
You don't need to worry about cmdrate. If you are really that concerned then you should explain to people what to do.
