(HLDS) Crahsing by someone

So i believe someone is crashing my server here is the error that i get from the windows "Problems reports and solutions"

If anyone has any information regarding this please help me out.

hi i am shubham gulati from india i am alo having the same mp.dll file error my server also keep crashing please help
and see i host 2 serverz at a time and both crash at same time thatz the thing that strikes me the most
secondly if there r no players on server then server does not crash
third thing i noticed server crashes most of of time when map is changed..
please sum1 sugest sum thing wat to do

attached the screen of the error please sum1 help!!!

My computer Specifications :
Intel Xeon E5430 8 Core @ 2.66 Ghz Processor
Ram : 4 Gb
64 Bit Operating System
Windows Server 2008 Installed

hi i am shubham gulati i also had this problem so i found solution to it
You problme was due to sv_allowdownload 1 a script named cs death sploit can be used to crash any server wich is not protected by anti dl
so install anti dl file and your probz will be solved easily

i gave file download it readme given ...
