Conquest: To win a round a team must capture all flags on the map. The flags are static (remain at 1 place) and to capture each flag, a player just needs to stand near it.
Capture The Flag: There are only 2 flags, 1 for each team. Red (T) must capture Blue's (CT's) flag and vice versa. To capture enemy's flag, you first pick it up by standing right on it and then carry it to your own flag.

To make it clear:

Conquest = 5 control point map like tf2 cp maps or dods

Capture The Flag = original ctf fron UT2004 and others and also ctf_ maps at tf2

I am glad to release the smctf v 1.2 version for you guys.

Since peace maker is busy this time , I decided myself , with help of a good friend , Emper0r ( credits to him for the code changes) to improve this plugin a little bit so , to release the 1.2 version of smctf.


Of course THE BIGGEST CREDIT GOES TO PEACE MAKER HIMSELF FOR HIS GREAT KICK ASS PLUGIN.

Well , here you are:

Changes at v 1.2:

1) Fix of giving you only 1 smoke or nade , although you choosed a class of 2 or more nades ( example when picking grenadier class , you didn't have 20 nades or 5 smokes , only 1 of each them ).
2) Fix of not displaying the name and health of your friend and the name of the enemy (mp_playerid was forced to 2 and I really recommend to use it at your server.cfg if you want to play with the spy class enabled)


ADDS:
1) Added advert announcement when you have enabled or not the "capture_only_when_own_home" and "dropped_flag_return_by_human" events
2) Replaced the sound events of "flag_taken" , "flag_drop" etc , with cool, red faction 2 sounds
3) with "mp_restartgame 1" the flag scores are now being reset , useful when you want to use a warm-up-timer plugin.
4) Now , when you type "rank" you see the flag stats , instead of typing "ctfstats" to see the same flag stats ( I recommend not to use any other stats plugin for smctf)

TO DO:
1) Class restrictions ( I think its not necessairy but anyway..)
2) Overlays when a team win the match.
3) Maybe a "medic" class , where you will be able to throw medkits at your teammates (lol)
4) A vote of map triggered when a team reaches x-2 captures , where x is the max captures to win.

Just a request that you should make it so the plugin doesn't sh*t itself if it cannot find the current map in the smctf_maps.cfg file. It should just throw an error and the unload itself or something along those lines...

You may always add your map at the smctf_maps.cfg with random coordinates for each flag FIRST ,THEN restart the map and FINALLY go set the flags by yourself , with !setflag red or !setflag blue chat commands
