Ya there are plugins that can add extra spawns. You cannot do it inside the map? We have a jailbreak server and it gets 32/32 and there is a 3:1 ratio, works fine.

Build amazing here, or just do not understand me or bug here as modes designed to allow max of 10 players to play, who is trying to connect the kick?

NoSteam Server ? I need more informations if you want that I correct these bugs ... SVC_BAD is often when you try to change the team of the players and when there are customs models on the server.
