Description:

This script allows for a longer more target based game play. When you die you are added to your killers "kill list". When a player dies everyone on his/her "kill list" gets respawned.

There are options for a gun menu and spawn protection.

A feature was added so if you join late, you are added to the player with the most people on his/her "kill list" on the enemy team. This is so new players don't have to wait until the round ends (which can take a while on large servers) to play.

CVARs:

sm_elim_spawn_protection "0" "Enables spawn protection for x seconds."
sm_elim_suicide_respawn "0" "Automatically respawns when one commits suicide."
sm_elim_killcount_warning "3" "Issues a warning at x kills."
sm_elim_gunmenu "0" "Enables gun menu."

Installation:

Installation is simple just configure the .sp then compile. Add the .smx to your sourcemod/plugins folder and your done.

I've installed the plugin. Since I'm running Sourcemod 1.5.0-dev+3877, it already has SDK hooks included. The plugin is running. When I get killed, it tells me "You will respawn when so-and-so dies", but I respawn instantly instead.

EDIT: Is it possible that it's not possible to run this plugin with CS:GO's default ArmsRace? Has anybody done that successfully?

EDIT2: There were two cvars overriding the operation of the plugin.
mp_respawn_on_death_ct 0
mp_respawn_on_death_t 0

It now works as described.
