already done, and unapproved I think. search in the posts (all amxx sub-forums), you already have the right keywords: admin chat colors and [Admin].

I was talking about a plugin which the "author" only added the tag in the .sma, and forgot other stuff.
seach the word [admin] (only in my posts), and you will find better than what you are asking for
