Hey, I hook the say and say_team command, and I want to check isn't the first character
! @ , / .
If the first character of the message is not starting with those symbols, then return handled;

Search. You have billion of example and numerous plugins which hook say/say_team. Each time you ask without even searching.

Well I knew how to do it, but I didn't saw the problem that I was having strbreak after read_args, and that all messed me up, but I've put that szArg[0] == '@' before strbreak and it's now working fine, well I didn't notice my problem before, even I knew how to do it, but I wasn't sure why the hell is this not working

He should try to debug first before posting. ;P

Something very easy/fast to see using some debug text.

Then, yes, common sense would be explaining the problem and giving the current code.

Debugging is not about finding literal errors, the compiler and the run-time find 'errors' for you.
