If it works for one person then it is set up right.
The player has two different background technologies and it will use whichever is available. In most browsers it runs straight HTML 5 but in Steam and TF2 it uses a Flash player. If your users can use the Steam store then they should be fine, but try asking them to download "Flash for Other Browsers".
The old query.php won't work in TF2, it will only work with old mods that don't support Mac. In the next version of Jukebox I hope to make this aspect automatic (ie. both modes are included).

i got a question for ya. when testing it for the first time i get this error:
Code:
L 10/14/2011 - 07:15:34: [jukebox.smx] Failed to connect to SQL database. Error: [1045]: Access denied for user 'thebacka_rtil'@'c-64-74-97-194.internap-chicago.nfoservers.com' (using password: YES)
now see the peculiar thing is that the user is correct, but the host is wrong. but i've made a database connection in sourcemod with the host set to a remote site outside of my server. but it's trying to connect to my tf2 server, which i've never told it to do.
is it ignoring the host i've selected and using localhost instead? or have i done something wrong?
jb_db_conn_name is "jukebox" which is what i've named it in the databases cfg.

If the database is remote to the game server then you need to tweak the permission settings of the account you're logging on with. By default all new accounts only have "localhost" access meaning they only work when used from the machine that the SQL database is hosted on. If the game server is remote you should add another permissions entry that's the same except it allows a connection from the IP address of your server. Don't make the allowed incoming connections address to be a wildcard, that is a big security hole.
Note that this might really slam performance as this plugin is pretty query-heavy.
