Can anyone help me out. It's a smallscript but I dont't know how to covert this. thx

It's an interesting idea

This is the eventscript ported. It requires the Sockets extension.

Load the plugin once and edit the generated config file in /cfg/sourcemod/plugin.tsadmin.cfg

sm_tsadmin_domain needs to be just your domain without http:// like "www.google.de"
sm_tsadmin_path needs to be the relative path to the script like "ts/". The script would be located at "www.google.de/ts/".
sm_tsadmin_secret should be changed to something random as Freigeist suggested. You'd need to change it in the php script to match.

Make sure you have the phrases where they should be. They're available where the plugin is.
