1. About plugin

   • The plugin allows you to create a universal menu.
   • Working with the natives, you can connect to your menu items from other plugins.
   • By default, the plug-in replaces the standard menu of the player's choice team.

2. Attachment files

   1. ugm.zip - all files for the plugin
   2. universal_menu.sma - sma of the main plugin. In the sma you can change

      // Defines can change
      new const config_name[] = "universal_menu.cfg";	   // Config name for cvars

   3. universal_menu.inc - api file for include in other menu items plugins.
   4. un_example.sma - example for create menu item
   5. un_changeteam.sma - Since the plug-in replaces the menu, change the team player - then I wrote a plug-in example that simultaneously adds a change of team player and shows the plug.

This doesn't make sense, this is basically another version of amxmodmenu.

Also, you wrote this to work only on Counter-Strike. Which, consequently, makes it not universal.

Also i don't see why replace changeteam menus has some utility in the main plugin.

Yes, what is the point of this exactly? Amxx already has an integrated menu system that has no problems. How does this improve or expand upon the features of that one?
