i request a plugin to somebody to make to me.
the player have to say /proposal
and Display a
Menu:
1. Propose a map
2. Propose a plugin
3. Propose a ban

after player choose one of these options , appear only to him a hud message above aim
"Write your propose"

and there where appears say: to appear propose: he type his porpose and press enter
in chat to appear a message "you proposed a %s" (%s = ban/plugin/map)

make in HLDS/.../amxmodx/configs
propose - map.txt
propose - plugin.txt
propose - ban.txt
in thats files to write
%s (player Name) and what he says / propose

thanks , this i was first looking for , but if i request a plugin with proposal ,i want to add some features

and all my requested plugin can work on This base , to create the final plugin, wich i was requested
