i got the plugin seerver_rules, i installled it perfectly, but when i go into game, i type say/Rules, and i get a screen that says

addons/amxx/rules.txt

so i make a rules.txt in notepad and i saved it in addons/amxx and it didnt work, ive tried changing maps and restarting the server, help me!!!! its not working
