does the wait wait wait thing work? or do they need to be on a separate line? i'm unable to try them out right now so idk

but is there a way i can combine 2 commands in 1, stop the plugin then save

and when i use ENABLE plugin, it doesn't work - i always have to clear it then restart the server, what's with that?

you need a ' ; ' between each command

Don't stop it. Pause it. Unless you get 1.60, in which case it doesn't matter.
