There's a plugin that shows VIP list right? I don't know if it exists or I'm just dreaming. This thread is so weird. Maybe he want it for a particular plug-in such as In-Game Admin Login that uses login system to set admin flags.
Please make it more readable thread owner. Most of us can't understand what you want. First you said you want it for VIP and someone showed the code for it and now you said it is wrong but you didn't mention how you want it to be in detailed. Mostly custom VIP plugins are using the flags such as
