There was once a tf2 surf server with these things in a !vip menu. The surf server was called surƒ and the admin was chris. They had these things in the !vip menu. I have looked all over and have not found a plugin that has this and I am EXTREMELY terrible at coding. If anyone could please redirect me to a plugin or make this plugin for me I would be glad to give then a vip spot in my server.
