I'd really love a plugin that generates a sm_say chat response to a player's chat trigger.

For example I'd like to be able to type in chat "!spam" and in coloured sm_say chat the server would respond with "Please do not spam!"

This would need to be fully configurable, the config file would look something like:

// usage: "trigger" "response"
"!spam" "Please do {GREEN}not {DEFAULT}spam!"
"!url" "Visit our website at {GREEN}www.oursite.com"

Pretty much what you're asking but it gives off a menu where you can just type "!quick" then click on the message you want players to read.
