This plugin allows admin with the BAN flag to force players to Panic, chucking everything including ammo and all weapons on the floor.

Useful against Horders or Campers

CVARs:
zps_forcepanic - current version
sm_panic - Force players to Panic, dropping all ammo and weapons
sm_drop - Force players to Drop thier current Weapon
