Defuse Bar Fix

Description
When you are defusing the C4 but it explodes and you die, the defusing bar stills active. This plugin removes it

CVARS
"dbf_only_defuser" - "1" Just fix for the defuser

       -Only works in de_ maps

So :

Find defuser player index and send message to him.
There should be other methods but you would need to detect bomb explosion before explosion.

I´m doing this, but there is a problem with logevent Begin_Bomb_Defuse_Without_Kit, and each 3 times I get a 0 index

You could use the same callback for both logevents.

Or you could use csx forwards for planting and exploding

"bomb_defuse" is ok, but you may want to know that if you had named it "bomb_defusing", and that csx had been enabled on the server your plugin is running, then the call back would have been called twice.

Anyway, why don't use csx forwards bomb_defusing and bomb_explode ?
Then you would directly have defuser player index ;)
