Maybe:
Code:
#include <amxmodx> #include <amxmisc> public client_connect() {     new userid[32]     get_user_userid(id,userid,31)         if (userid == MYSTEAMID) {         precache_model("blah.mdl")         precache_sound("blah.wav")     } else if (userid == MYFRIENDSSTEAMID) {         precache_model("blah.mdl")         precache_sound("blah.wav")     }         return PLUGIN_HANDLED }

Change MYSTEAMID and MYFRIENDSSTEAMID to a steamid you would like to download the files.

I doubt this would work, but its worth a try, no?

I doubt you could get a text file to download files, even user specific downloads are probably impossible to do.

If they already have commandmenu.txt then you cannot overwrite it.
