OS linux debian6, metamod 1.9.0-hg746.tar.gz, sourcemod 1.4.0- hg3254.tar.gz and SDK Hooks 2.0

zombie mod CT can rub out terrorists and vice versa
in general zmenu works and everything else not

I got some trouble on my linux test server, but I haven't tried the latest MM and SM snapshots yet. I'll investigate this when I have time. Hopefully we just need new signatures and updated MM and SM versions.

Also I haven't been able to test it with SDK Hooks 2.0 yet, to see if it's backwards compatible. Otherwise we'll bump the release to require 2.0.
