Updated to v0.1.0
Now checks for game_player_equip entities and auto disables the plugin when shields are given, mainly aim maps ( aim_riotshield, cs_riotshield for example ).

Your crash is not related at all to the fix i've done.

Updated again to v0.1.1, now really pauses the plugin when autodisbling it.

Yes, i see, because it crash in de_inferno (standart map where shield is not needed).
But i will try.

Crash happens when you have restmenu.amxx enabled in plugins.ini (and shield not restricted).
Restrict shield also in the restrict weapon menu.

In all my servers restmenu is disabled.
I have replaced restmenu with your plugin, because i need to restrict only shield.

You mean it was already disabled when the crash happened ?

Yes, restmenu is permanently disabled, and i have enabled only your noshield plugin (and 85 others but without restrict weapons functionality).

After more investigations, i've found that this is happening when trying to buy a shield via the menu, and if that buy meni index is registered by any plugin, like :

register_menuid("Buy", 1)

or

register_menuid("CT_BuyItem", 1)

So the responsible plugin is the close menu fix by MPNumB.
Gonna find a workaround

Updated to v0.2.0, don't hook menu anymore with amxx menu system, directly hook menuselect command, crashes should be eradicated !!
