Si la "mina" es una entidad sólida entonces usa get_user_aiming, luego debes obtener el owner y el nombre .

new a, b
get_user_aiming(player, a, b)

new szName[32]
pev(a, pev_classname, szName, 31)

if( equal(szName, "mina")
{
get_user_name( pev(a, pev_owner), szName, 31 )
client_print(player, print_chat, "mina platada por %s", szName)
}
