How to correctly and efficiently set user lang to en and other languages ?

Whats wrong with these:

Sometimes it shows the text in EN, sometimes in RU or other languages.

LANG_PLAYER should be used instead if "id".

Where can I read more about LANG's, because I don't know where to use LANG_PLAYER And the id of player.

For example the last message, that message will be sent, when player connects, so I need to get LANG_PLAYER, but if I'm showing a menu for 1 exact player who just pops up menu with say command, /menu... What should I use there ? id or LANG_PLAYER ? And if I just wan't to display LANG hudmessage...

Also, i'm not sure client_printc supports LANG_PLAYER, if you want to practise with ML, start with real natives such as client_print or show_hudmessage.
( colorchat native in my sig supports LANG_PLAYER fine though ).
Then when you know what you do you can use stocks and dynamic natives, then if ML doesn't work you'll know that the problem is not you but the stock/dyn native.
