Is it possible to change crosshair location? (not in the middle of the screen)
If it is, how can I do it?

Because if I do this:
Code:
set_view(id, CAMERA_UPLEFT)
The crosshair and the shots don't match lol

Don't think it is possible.
Your other solution would be add laser sights or something like that.

I can't use laser sights because it is an "old west" mod and it wouldn't look good lol

If I can't change crosshair position, can I put a sprite in HUD?
That would be cool, a custom crosshair

One more possibility would be to change the bullet direction

Or, lastly, if anything works how can I add a dot in the wall ? Just the dot...

You can't put a sprite on the HUD, but you can put it in front of the player to make it seem like it is on the HUD.

You could just use a HUD message and format it to look like a crosshair would. It would require consistent looping to keep it displayed. I know one plugin that does this (COD Damage Icon or something like that).
Use normal characters to make it look similar.

Another option would be displaying the sprite and moving it based on the players' angles, but that would be just silly and require some extensive math.

If I use HUD message it won't block another HUD messages (not all, but some of them) from appearing?

Well, if it blocks, i'm going to have to do what exolent said in the first time, a laser sight

EDIT: In Scout when I zoom in it will appear a laser sight (what I've decided to use) and the scope... What the hell will I do to change this? Is it possible to change the bullet direction?
