Well I decided to create this plugin when Silvers asked how it(read plugin description above) could be fixed in his Incapped Crawling Animation plugin(http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=137381)

l4d_crawl_fix_enable "1"
l4d_crawl_fix_version You know what this is.

So does this disable the movement or resistance the survivor can do?
No thanks in that case. I like to be able to crawl closer to my teamates while having a hunter on me.

Installed it as i like a touch of realitic mechanics for versus games, Yes if a survivor is incapped then the said survivor who has a hunter on top of him cannot crawl anymore.

Great plugin it fixed the issue of survivors crawling when a hunter is on them and the survivor is incapped.

Well I updated it today to fix an error and also it now creates a cfg file.
