This is what I did whene I needed to convert something to "donaters only"

PHP Code:
new flags GetUserFlagBits(client);  
    if ((
flags ADMFLAG_CUSTOM6) && !(flags ADMFLAG_SLAY)) // Everyone with the flag "T" but not with the "SLAY" flag 
    
{  
            
//the code
    

I'm a complete retard @ scripting but i managed to get this done somehow

It will work but completely bypasses the whole overrides system.
