Orpheu Problem.

Hello, for a while now I have been using old methods of replacing skins in my gameserver and I had a look at orpheu and realised how much more efficient it was with that. So heres my problem

Your problem are the "\\\\\\\\\\\" you end lines with.

Apart of that beware that the replacement string can't be bigger that the original one because it will occupy bytes that are not its. Like that:

[m][o][d][e][l][s][/][a][.][m][d][l][ ][m][o][d][e][l][s][/][b][.][m][d][l][ ]

And if you replace

"models/a.mdl" by "models/stuff.mdl you will make it:

[m][o][d][e][l][s][/][s][t][u][f][f][.][m][d][l][][l][s][/][b][.][m][d][l][ ]

Hey quim, I have this, and this doesn't work, the name isn't bigger than "leet".
And can you maybe make an example how to use this like an ini file or something like with ham plugin checking if user is admin, then changing string if it is possible at all.

Sorry for the late response.

For player models things don't work like that. Don't ask me why but there is something in how the process of tell a client the models that he should display that makes it not work. So, I can't help you. More people tried and told me it failed. For weapon models and sounds and probably any other model you can do it, for player models you will have to do more stuff but I don't know what.
