Yeah - You don't need to add any of those plugin names to Your plugins.ini.

I believe You are not able to compile them with the online compiler because the compiler cannot see the file csdm.inc which comes with the package and it is supposed to be in amxmodx\scripting\include folder. You have to compile those plugins locally - on Your PC. I was elaborating it couple of times how to compile plugins locally - just browse this forum a bit.

The instruction for 2.1 is a bit outdated, because it says You have to have 1.76 version of AMX X (or higher). For 2.1.2k You have to have 1.81 version (or hifgher), but from some of Your previous posts You were stated it so. I believe You just need to compile locally all those plugins and then copy compiled plugins to the right folder.
