Do I need to set this at every time I set pev_angles, or is it enough to set this only on certain events( eg. spawn )?

I think you need to set it on the client's prethink, i.e. client_PreThink() is one forward you could set it in.

Well, it works. When I tried to put it in a onetime client event - player_putinserver to be specific - ,it didn't work.
