na dude this CS:S DM is for CSS DM issues. maybe if you use the link I provided for you you'll find answers to your problems, most everyone else has.

try updating your sdhooks gamedata #1027 and the cssdm data #117

Download the latest stable source snapshot (1.3.7-hg3086.zip) and use the gamedata folder in that zip to replace the gamedata folder from 1.3.6 also. http://www.sourcemod.net/snapshots.php
You should read the appropriate forums for clues dude.

Windows or linux mate?

You will probably find that youll have to unload all 3rd party plugins that dont come with sourcemod and CSS DM.

Then try and start your game. If your game starts then you can find what plugin is causing the issue.
