I can't seem to figure out how to set up the zadmin portion correctly. I added the group and my steam id and everything to the admin files but it still says im not an admin in game

Start by verifying that you're admin in SourceMod. Try "sm_who" in the console when connected. It should list your permissions.

By default you are not required to set up groups to get admin access. You just need the generic admin and config flags enabled in your account to get full access.

If you want groups you need to add a group named "zr_admins" in SourceMod. It doesn't need to have any flags or content, it just need to exist. Add yourself to that group.

Then turn on zr_permissions_use_groups in the plugin config.

Group based permissions in ZR are strict. You won't get access to ZR's admin features unless you're a member in one of the predefined groups, even if you're root admin.

Try lowercase z. I don't know if admin flags are case sensitive.

Make sure that zr_permissions_use_groups is set to 0, since you haven't assigned yourself to a ZR group.

Also remove that line in admins_simple.ini. Choose one list, not both.

thats probably it, how do i set myself up as admin with sm? i dont show up
