Can you create a command that will allow to buy an item by an ID code? So if I type in chat !buy ID it will give me an item of the specified ID. We already have it on our servers but I wanted to test there another point system to see what players like more.

That would be quite useful like
!buy ak47
or
!buy m16
or
!buy pills


However, that is quite tedious and time consuming.

I think that a trie tree can be used with IDs as keys. That's can be accomplished. Or just an array if we make IDs as numbers. But the idea with text IDs is smart. I think I will talk with our coder. Hopefully he wont be drunk again -_-.

I agree that the menu is quite easy to maneuver while playing but I will see what I can do with your suggestion, maybe I'll make it a modular addon for this plugin.

You can look up source of our point system. The source is a mess but plugin itself works like a charm. I wanted our coder to rewrite it to make it more flexible for a future use but he seems to be too lazy to do that. Maybe you will find something interesting in it.

for some reason it's not automatically generating a config file in my cfg folder.

can anyone post a cfg file to upload?

maybe i didn't load the plugin correctly? I just uploaded the points system.smx to the plugins folder of sourcemod and restarted the server?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
