Because the way you are thinking is implying that having those modules enabled at the same time is a bad thing, which it is not.

That's absolutely wrong. It's implying that unnecessary is unnecessary.

Now you're saying having different modules enabled that can do almost the same thing is unnecessary, which is completely wrong.

Are you guys reporters by any chance ?

Highlighting and responding to part of phrases and assuming things even tough they weren't actually said... that's what reporters do no offence :} but you'll go on with this argument for pages !

PS: don't interview me next =)

Give me a reason to include Engine or Fakemeta for prethink when I have Ham included.

It's as unnecessary as semicolons at the end of each sentence.
If it affects anything, like efficiency, then yes, it's not unnecessary.

What you say is about the coder preference. It doesn't affect anything, and that's even not about a proper way to code, it doesn't matter what module you use and it's the same level as the semicolor : all is the coder choice.

Exactly. While it's not necessary to use another module in this case, it's not necessary to not.

Ham hooks by entity type, not class name.
Fakemeta hooks by players only with given specific forward.
Engine hooks by players and executes client_PreThink in all plugins with that function.

Engine is faster because it only checks for the player index range and sends to one forward.
Fakemeta and Ham both have to execute specific functions in plugins.
Ham has to filter out entity type, then the specific function.

Yes, but don't say it's the best module either.
Each module is better in a different way, therefore the one you choose should be based on the most efficient for what you want to do.
