CSS slay command = crash server on dev sourcemod tree?

I've got sourcemod-1.4.0-hg3136 (windows) running on a couple of CS:S servers, but when someone tries to use "slay" (one of the admins) its a instant crash. Is this a bug in the dev tree? Otherwise i'll go back to stable (although i like living on the edge)

Vers. 1.3.4 doesnt crash the server but some plugins dont work with that ver. I am running into the same issues with any versions higher than 1.3.4 unless someone knows of a version that doesnt crash when slay is used. Not sure about the 1.4.0-hg3137 version tho.

I'm getting this issue too, Dedicated Server or not, except in Left 4 Dead 2, and whenever any Survivor or player dies.

Is there an older build I can use or something that stops it? The dev branch crashes as well.
