Health handicap for uber players.

Basically, what this plugin does is give people with a frag/death rate were frag prevails lowers their health a bit.

you can turn it off by typing in amx_handicap 0

Also, it gives noobs that have more deaths than kills more of health.

The health incriments are as following:

if frags < deaths divided by 2:
Health 115

if frags < deaths divided by 1.5:
Health 110

if frags < deaths divided:
Health 105

if frags > deaths:
Health 95

if frags > deaths*1.3:
Health 90

if frags > deaths*1.6:
Health 85

if frags > deaths*2:
Health 80

95 should be deaths*1.5

90 should be deaths*2

85 should be deaths*3

80 should be deaths*4

I regularly go anywhere from 4-1 to 10-1 (that's if I decide to pub and If I don't get banned by immature admins, which I partly blame amxx and adminmod for creating, no offense)

Doesn't work for me at all. I can type amx_handicap in the serverconsole and it responds that it's 1 (doesn't work in-game though)

No players get increased or decreased HP however they play.

I have the funmodule running.

type amxx modules and amxx plugins see if fun and the plugin is running

didnt work at all for me either, so i just decided to scrap it, it was the only custom plugin at the time. with almost all of the modules enabled.

Tried it. HP is always 100 at round start
