Enemy Down! v1.1 - by v3x

Description:
Prints a chat message ( to your team with the killer/victim's name's ) and plays the "enemy down" sound whenever an enemy is killed by one of your team mates.

You should get the rest of the things that guy had requested that would be a pretty sweet plug(Id help ya if you wanted to...we could split up the different things then add them together when done)
