Yes you are right "Cheaters should be banned", but we have no perfect mechanism to detect speedhackers. So we will have a lot of false bans on our servers. When I had my limit on 110cmd packs, I had people everyday on forum complaining about false bans with "Speed hack" reason, and it even had banned me permanently from my server. I think false frezees are much better then false permanent bans anyway Also my last version of plugin completely blocks speedhacker moves with out any freezing, so that doesn't really matter would he be banned or not.

nuked, we are talking about steam servers or steam players? as a player, i have steam since 2005, but as admin of cs server I use dproto, so my server is steam+nonsteam, because if i do only steam server it will not be full of players, because, as i said earlier, in my country very many players with non-steam clients... At last, read georgic57 posts, he is write. valve likes money, but not cs 16.

Do not think that I am against Steam or game buying when I am posting this.
Regarding this post, I think that you are right, because Valve has more possibility in solving the cheats than Allied Modders or any other Scripting community that creates extensions/plugins. When I saw the VAC security measure, I was a bit disappointed, because it was a measure that could never cover every possible cheat. That is why I released Block wallhack and Speedhack detector, for the AIM detector that someone posted for me to do I will try to do it, but I will not grant anything.
