    The picture pretty much explains it all...

    CVARS:

    tf_congrats_enabled - Enable/Disable


    CHANGELOG
    v1.04 -
    * Fixed bots getting congratulated instead of humans
    * Fixed loading only on first map

    v1.05 -
    * Fixed executing only the last particle in the list

    v1.06 -
    * Fixed some redundant code with displaying the messages
    --> Now displays a message in chat to all clients as well
    * Fixed an issue where the first couple of particles would have an offset from the partyhat bone (causing you to not see them)
    * Removed the timed delay for displaying the particles


    USING THE PLUGIN
    Edit the particles you would like to use in: cfg/sourcemod/sm_congrats_particles.cfg

    If one particle does not exist in the cfg, you will get errors and no particles will take effect.

    Up to 15 particles are supported, but can be modified to use more.

    Thank you for the source.
    Edit: zip throws two errors if opened with WinRar, but works fine with Windows explorer
    Edit2: Corrupted zip... scripting and plugins folders are corrupted

    Thanks, will remove some missing particles and use in L4D2

    Maybe allow us to select the particles through a cfg?

    Also you should list the cvars you use

    Updated to 1.01, changed name to sm_congrats, can now edit the particles you want

    Can you include the sm_congrats_particles.cfg please?

    Thanks for allowing it to be any game.

    Edit: I don't think the attachment "partyhat" is used across all games, would it be better to change to "head"?
