Is this some sort of standard cfg file for a community? I don't understand. I could have just written in server commands and you would have accepted it?

it is a command file for a War: a war is 5vs5 game between teams competition usually for a prize.

now to do a war u cant use the normal cs setting cause of mic setting and etc it just wont work and be fair soo The Cyber Amateur League have set out basic guidelines to follow for a perfect war setting file and i have made my own one and the lo3 is just once war is loaded into the server you can restart your round and be on the way with a 5vs5 of 15 rounds on each team and then progress to a new map or decide on whoever has the best out of 30!

You have to use the default cfg for lan, dont change anithing.
