For new powers: I'd guess you mean new heroes. Post a request, but do it in the right forum.

most heroes here are based on standalone plugin's, you just have to search for the base. You can also make specific requests either in the suggestion/request sub forum here or the other one in amxmodx forum. You'll probably get quicker help in amxmodx one since more scriptors check that forum than this that would know how to do it.

Where exactly do you think most of the heroes here came from in the first place? You just became to reliant on the superhero api, but all of the events can be recreated in other plugins w/o superhero.

I do know that, but I thought he wanted it to still be hero-like, just without the SH includes, which is impossible. I thought he wanted it to be a hero, just without SH, but with it still showing up in the SH menu.

New powers, as to new powers which is not in the base package. The way he ask, it seems like "new powers" is heroes which is not in the base package. At least thats the way I read it.
