go to your server cstrike or czero folder or other game folder and search for motd.txt
if you don't have one create one

That is a rather confusing explanation. What you want to do is edit the file called motd.txt located in your cstrike folder (if your running counter-strike). What I would suggest is you create a html file and upload to your webhost. Then, open your motd.txt and add a link to the html file you uploaded in. For example:
Code:
http://yourwebhost.com/yourmotd.html

If you do make your own html page, then the code you need to paste into the motd.txt file is:

<meta http-equiv="refresh"
content="0;URL=http://members.iinet.net.au/~ctsdarwin/uwc3.html">

Just replace my url with yours.

While we're on this topic, does anyone know how to make it scroll-able? Personally I don't want to link it to my webpage.

I had one already made in my server folder and there was one line of code that said "scroll: no" or something like that, and I figured you just change it to "yes." This didn't work... go figure lol.
